She did it again! 8X Nathan’s Champ!

Congrats to Miki on her triumphant return to the Nathan’s table! She managed to put away 40 HDB in 10 minutes to secure her 8th title back from the great Michelle Lesco who finished 2nd. Perfect timing with Major League Eatings return to Surf and Stilwell Avenue for the contest. For the first time eating hot dogs in front of a crowd since 2019, Miki put together an awesome performance on a day where numbers were down across the board. Shorty thereafter Max and I joined her onstage (huge ovation for Max  per usual haha) and we got to briefly celebrate as a family before I had to get ready for the mens contest. She has now tied the record of most consecutive Nathan’s wins without a loss. That now belongs to Miki and Joey chestnut and she looks forward to next year to possibly stand alone atop that mountain.

Great job babe. So proud of your perseverance and all the work that goes on behind the scenes. Sylvie, William, Max and I love you so much and I couldn’t be more proud.
